Job summary

Honeywell Technologies in Palmetto, FL is seeking a Mechanized Welding Operator to run SAW and GMAW welding in an ASME pressure vessel shop, with a focus on large heat exchangers for natural gas liquefaction. You will train on 1st shift and transition to 2nd shift (3:00pm-11:00pm).

The role requires 3 years of mechanized welding experience and ability to read welding blueprints and AWS symbols. Training, supervision, and relocation support may be provided.

Qualifications

• 3 years of mechanized welding experience (SAW & GMAW).
• 3 years GTAW and GMAW on aluminum materials.
• Proficiency in reading welding blueprints and AWS symbols.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain mechanized welding equipment to produce quality welds using SAW and GMAW.
• Perform fitting, cutting, and grinding as required.
• Inspect welds to ensure quality and adjust as needed.
