Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–2 years mechanical assembly/maintenance experience for Tech I.
• 3–5 years experience for Tech II focusing on setups and quality checks.
• 6+ years for Tech III with cross-trade troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Run and support Kaizen events to improve production metrics.
• Work with engineers to remove line bottlenecks.
• Draft and update Manufacturing Instructions.

Skills

Hands-on experience with hand and power tools

Mechanical assembly including fasteners and fits

Proficiency with Microsoft Office

Clear written and verbal communication

Ability to read prints and GD&T
