Job summary

Union Technologies in Dallas is looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to support manufacturing processes and improve production efficiency. Your hands-on role involves troubleshooting manufacturing issues and participating in continuous improvement efforts.

The successful candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering and at least three years of relevant experience, particularly with ISO9001 standards. Excellent interpersonal skills and a keen attention to detail are also essential. Attractive benefits and pay are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of engineering experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with ISO9001/AS9100 standards.
• Experience in process drawings and GD&T per ASME Y14.5 standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop manufacturing methods and process drawings using standard GD&T practices.
• Maintain revision control and accuracy for manufacturing process drawings.
• Support technical disposition of non-conformances.

Skills

Knowledge of metals

Lean Manufacturing principles

Excellent communication skills

Knowledge of Non-Destructive Testing

Proficiency using Microsoft Office

Education

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent field

Tools

Basic inspection tools (micrometers, caliper, dial indicators)
