The role requires reading blueprints and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure uptime. Ideal candidates have an associate degree or equivalent, plus SAP/CMMS knowledge and travel up to 5% internationally.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate degree or equivalent; Mechatronics Certificate preferred.
• Language: Ability to read/write safety and maintenance instructions; communicate with customers and coworkers.
• Technology: SAP, CMMS, MS Office software; read engineering drawings.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair production machinery and control sub-systems to high safety standards.
• Diagnose and fix equipment issues; verify effectiveness of repairs; restore equipment.
• Use CMMS to manage service cases and document work history; track parts usage.
• Read engineering drawings and blueprints for mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Train production staff on machine maintenance and safety practices.
