Job summary

We are seeking experienced Mechanical Engineers & Mechanical Systems Engineers to lead complex engineering and product development initiatives within a highly collaborative aerospace environment. This role will support multiple projects simultaneously while partnering with engineering, planning, finance, product support, and leadership teams to ensure successful execution.

• Support aircraft sustainment and modification programs involving mechanical systems and subsystem upgrades.
• Create and update engineering documentation, including 2D drawings and 3D CAD models.
• Investigate fleet and component issues, perform root cause analysis, and develop corrective actions to improve reliability.
• Partner with cross-functional engineering, manufacturing, and customer teams to resolve technical challenges.
• Lead efforts to improve system performance, maintainability, and long-term fleet support.
