Qualifications

• Experience with aircraft sustainment, modification, repair or service life extension programs.
• Ability to analyze aging systems and propose reliability or obsolescence solutions.
• Familiarity with military aerospace standards and airworthiness requirements.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical and technical communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering and product development initiatives within an aerospace environment.
• Support multiple projects simultaneously with cross-functional teams.
• Create and update engineering documentation, including 2D drawings and 3D CAD models.
• Investigate fleet and component issues, perform root cause analysis, and develop corrective actions.
• Lead efforts to improve system performance, maintainability, and long‑term fleet support.
