Qualifications

• Typically requires 2-4 years of experience in the building automation, HVAC controls, security, or related controls industry.
• Intermediate knowledge of HVAC systems, building automation systems, and related software.
• Ability to independently develop BAS/BMS design packages for medium to large projects.

Responsibilities

• Interpret construction drawings and develop complete BAS/BMS designs.
• Develop submittal packages using Schneider Electric tools and standards.
• Lead design engineer on medium to large projects through full design cycle.
• Deliver engineering packages meeting specs, quality, budget, and schedule.
• Coordinate with project teams across design, installation, commissioning, and service phases.
• Prepare as-built and record documentation.
