Job summary

CoVolt Power is seeking a Mechanical Engineering professional to support the Project Management team in managing the mechanical scope of our solar and BESS projects. You will work closely with the Project Superintendent to ensure projects are constructed in accordance with owner contracts and design plans.

Ideal candidates have a Mechanical Engineering degree (or equivalent experience) and solar industry exposure, with strong reading of specifications, effective communication, and the ability to

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Mechanical Engineering degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in the solar industry preferred.
• Ability to read specifications and plans for mechanical systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing the mechanical scope of the project with the project management team.
• Ensure construction aligns with owner contracts and project plans.
• Coordinate with subcontractors to monitor progress and safety.
• Support planning and use of appropriate methods for mechanical activities.
• Participate in safety meetings and maintain project records.
