Diamond Peak Recruiting seeks a Mechanical Superintendent to lead field execution of HVAC, piping, and related MEP systems on commercial projects in the San Francisco area. You will manage day-to-day site activities, coordinate with project managers, and ensure safety, quality, and schedule from groundbreak to dried-in.

The role demands 5–8 years in supervision of commercial construction, with strong MEP knowledge and a track record on multi-million dollar projects.

This role focuses on the execution of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems within commercial developments, healthcare facilities, or high-tech manufacturing plants.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day field activities for mechanical projects valued between $10,000,000 and $30,000,000.


• Supervise onsite labor and ensure Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) installations meet design specifications.


• Collaborate with Project Managers to track progress against budget and timeline goals.
