Job summary

Power Design is seeking a Mechanical Superintendent in Florida to lead field teams, manage schedules and ensure safe, high-quality installations. The role requires coordinating with inspectors, trades and the general contractor to resolve conflicts and deliver projects on time.

The ideal candidate has HVAC or plumbing licensure, 10+ years of supervision on multimillion-dollar construction efforts, and strong English communication with basic computer skills.

Qualifications

• OSHA 30 certification preferred.
• 10+ years of field supervision on multimillion-dollar projects.
• Active Mechanical HVAC or Plumbing license.
• Fluent in English with basic computer skills.

• Build and maintain relationships with customers, inspectors and other trades.
• Coordinate production and attend meetings with other trades as well as the general contractor to identify and resolve conflicts while providing excellent customer service.

• Manage material and personnel requirements necessary to meet schedule.

The mechanical superintendent position at Power Design is a critical leadership role responsible for providing direction to the project team to complete the project on time while maintaining a high-level quality, safety and customer loyalty. here’s what we’re looking for

• OSHA 30 certification preferred.
• Skilled field supervisor with at least 10 years of experience managing crews and running multimillion dollar construction projects.
• An active Mechanical (HVAC) or Plumbing license.
• Proficient knowledge of the National building Code, local codes and construction safety requirements.
• Must be proficient in speaking, reading, and writing in English.
• Must have at least basic computer and writing skills.
