Job summary

Power Design is seeking a Mechanical Superintendent to lead field crews on multimillion-dollar projects, ensuring on-time completion with top-tier safety and quality standards. The role requires coordinating with inspectors, customers, and trades to resolve conflicts and maintain strong relationships across the project lifecycle.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of supervision experience, active HVAC or plumbing licensure, and solid knowledge of the National Building Code and local codes.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of field supervision on multimillion-dollar projects.
• Active Mechanical HVAC or Plumbing license.
• Proficient knowledge of the National Building Code and local codes.
• Strong written and basic computer skills.

About The Position

The mechanical superintendent position at Power Design is a critical leadership role responsible for providing direction to the project team to complete the project on time while maintaining a high-level quality, safety and customer loyalty. The Mechanical Superintendent has significant impact on the success of the company and delivering on our mission to be the most trusted name in the industry.

• Manage, evaluate and train field project team members.
• Plan, organize and direct production of contracted scope of work.

here’s what we’re looking for…

• OSHA 30 certification preferred.
• Skilled field supervisor with at least 10 years of experience managing crews and running multimillion dollar construction projects.
• An active Mechanical (HVAC) or Plumbing license.
• Proficient knowledge of the National building Code), local codes and construction safety requirements.
• Must have at least basic computer and writing skills.
