Job summary

Power Design, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Mechanical Superintendent to lead field crews on complex projects. You will direct the production of contracted work, ensuring safety, quality and on-time delivery while coordinating with customers and inspectors.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years of supervisory experience in multimillion-dollar builds, active HVAC or plumbing licenses, and strong knowledge of the National Building Code. Proficiency in English is required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of field supervision experience coordinating crews on multimillion-dollar construction projects.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred.
• Active Mechanical (HVAC) or Plumbing license.
• Strong knowledge of National Building Code and local codes.
• Proficiency in speaking, reading and writing English.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train the field project team to ensure on-time, high-quality project delivery.
• Plan, organize and direct production of contracted scope of work with strict safety standards.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, inspectors and other trades.
• Coordinate production and attend meetings with general contractor and other trades to resolve conflicts.
• Ensure installations meet quality and mechanical code standards.
• Manage materials and personnel to meet project schedule.
