Qualifications

• 8+ years in commercial HVAC construction.
• Experience in a Superintendent or field leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems (air & water side), piping, and equipment installation.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, crews and subcontractors.
• Solid understanding of construction docs, blueprints, and specs.
• OSHA safety standards knowledge and safe work practices.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites.
• Proficiency with construction management software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control project costs to ensure budget adherence.
• Oversee manpower needs, schedules, and field productivity.
• Supervise subcontractor progress and coordinate installation with other trades.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
• Review submittals for accuracy and compliance with specs.
• Identify potential change orders and assist in documentation.
• Foster relationships with clients and address concerns.
• Conduct weekly safety meetings per OSHA standards and company policies.
• Attend job cost review meetings and provide updates on project status.
• Perform material take-offs and timely procurement of tools, materials, and equipment.
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate on-site activities, deliveries and inspections.
• Administer construction contracts and ensure overall project compliance.
• Monitor labor reporting, approve timesheets, and provide two-week look-ahead schedules.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support objectives.
