The ideal candidate has 10+ years of experience in mechanical systems, construction trades, and safety programs, with a proven track record in supervising diverse crews and reading

Qualifications

Mechanical Construction Superintendent

Compensation: $155,000 – $228,000 annually

We are confidentially representing an established national mechanical contractor seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee complex mechanical construction projects. Position Overview

The Superintendent will oversee daily field operations, coordinate construction personnel and subcontractors, and work closely with Project Managers to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to schedule, specifications, and company standards.

Compensation & Benefits

• Annual salary: $155,000 – $225,000, depending on qualifications, experience, and location
