Qualifications

• OSHA 30 certification preferred.
• Experienced field supervisor with 10+ years managing crews on multimillion-dollar projects.
• Active Mechanical (HVAC) or Plumbing license.
• Strong knowledge of National Building Code, local codes and safety requirements.
• Proficient in speaking, reading, and writing in English.
• Basic computer and writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage, evaluate and train field project team members.
• Plan, organize and direct production of contracted scope.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, inspectors and other trades.
