Job summary

Axon seeks a Mechanical Sourcing Engineer to build a world-class supplier network for our products, ensuring supply continuity and cost optimization. You will lead cross-functional teams to launch new products and manage supplier relationships across a dynamic NPI lifecycle.

Location is Scottsdale, AZ with heavy onsite presence; you will influence with stakeholder collaboration and leverage industry experience to drive strategic sourcing decisions and risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in supply chain, technical sourcing, and/or engineering.
• NPI sourcing environment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with design engineering teams during NPI development to understand needs.
• Collaborate with Mechanical Category managers on sourcing decisions and drive intelligent sourcing.
• Develop and ramp component sources for new products and support NPI purchasing.
