Job summary

Axon seeks a Supply Chain Analyst in Scottsdale, AZ to be a critical, tactical member of our Supply Chain Planning group. You will analyze supplier on-time delivery, quality, and spend, and use your data skills to support Axon’s priorities of scaling new products and driving efficiency to fuel growth.

In this role you will manage KPIs, perform data mining and presentation, maintain supplier open order reports and shipment schedules, support NPI sourcing, and own the procure-to-pay process for

Qualifications

• BS or higher in Supply Chain Management or Business or Engineering preferred.
• 3-5 years experience analyzing and improving supply chain data, information and processes.
• Experience working in and maintaining data using Microsoft SharePoint, Excel, Sigma.
• Ability to travel up to 10% and work cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage, track, and evaluate operational activity and KPIs across the Axon Supply Chain.
• Data mining, analysis, and presentation to identify areas for targeted improvements.
• Support planning manager with supplier performance reviews and ad-hoc procurement analytics projects.
• Own and maintain supplier open order reports and shipment schedules, coordinating with material planning to meet production needs.
