Qualifications

• 2+ years in telecom or related simulation focus (MS/PhD acceptable).
• Proficient in ANSYS simulation tools and 3D modeling software.
• MS in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field.
• Experience with analytical tools and data analysis.
• Fundamentals of heat transfer and dynamics.
• Be able to create/read 2D/3D models and drawings.
• Eagerness to learn and develop new methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical simulations to support product development at component/module level, predicting temperature, stress, and deformation for reliability and performance.
• Perform dynamic simulations (modal, vibration, shock, drop) and guide design optimizations at component/module/system level.
• Collaborate with mechanical, optical, and electrical engineers to optimize layouts and material choices to meet performance/reliability requirements.
• Design tests with reliability validation, correlate simulation with measurements, and verify models.
