Job summary

Gulfstream Strategic Placements, LLC is seeking a full-time sales professional for a growing mechanical contractor focused on HVAC services and preventive maintenance contracts.

You will establish and maintain client relationships, develop sales materials, and estimate service and PM proposals, with collaboration to track sales performance with the service manager.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HVAC experience.
• Knowledge in current HVAC products/services and plumbing trades.
• Strong computer skills; Proficient in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint CRM software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities
