Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or automotive related field.
• Experience leading people, teams or cross-functional projects.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of vehicle mechanical systems and repair methods.
• Excellent communication, planning and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to influence across engineering, aftersales and warranty teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of service information authors.
• Oversee creation, validation and publication of mechanical service procedures.
• Plan and deliver service information work for current and future launches.
• Provide technical direction and escalation support across vehicle commodities.
• Lead transition to a new service information authoring system.
• Support warranty-reduction and first-time quality initiatives using field data.
• Lead projects evaluating AI, automation, and analytics to improve service information.
