Responsibilities

• Lead and manage mechanical/construction projects from inception to completion.
• Forecast workloads, resources, and schedules for projects.

• Maintain/update accounting and project information systems.
• Serve as liaison with clients and stakeholders; represent the company at project meetings.
• Mentor staff across design and execution phases; advise HR on training needs.
• Apply leadership techniques to maximize productivity and employee satisfaction.

Mechanical Senior Project Manager Skills

• Team Management
• Develop, establish, and administer procedures and systems pertaining to team management matters
• Prepare workload, sales forecasts and team resources/schedule for administrative and managerial functions
• Provide workload forecasting as new projects are secured and provide progress analysis regarding prospective unsecured projects
• Update Integral accounting system information
• Client Liaison/Communication
• Represent company at meetings with project clients and other project stakeholders as required
• Mentor staff in all phases of design process and make recommendations to HR on training requirements
• Utilize leadership skills and motivation techniques to maximize employee productivity and satisfaction
