Job summary

gpac is seeking a Mechanical Senior Project Manager in California to lead large-scale mechanical construction projects across higher education, government, healthcare, industrial and commercial sectors. You will drive project delivery from conception through closeout, coordinating design, procurement and field operations, while maintaining safety, schedule and budget.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of mechanical/construction PM experience, strong leadership and client communication skills,

Mechanical Senior Project Manager Skills

• Team Management
• Develop, establish, and administer procedures and systems pertaining to team management matters
• Prepare workload, sales forecasts and team resources/schedule for administrative and managerial functions
• Provide workload forecasting as new projects are secured and provide progress analysis regarding prospective unsecured projects
• Update Integral accounting system information
• Client Liaison/Communication
• Represent company at meetings with project clients and other project stakeholders as required
• Mentor staff in all phases of design process and make recommendations to HR on training requirements
• Utilize leadership skills and motivation techniques to maximize employee productivity and satisfaction
