Job summary

Boehringer Ingelheim is seeking a Maintenance Reliability Co-Op to join the Maintenance Department in Gainesville, GA. You will help improve asset data in SAP, review PM plans, and update BOMs and spare parts lists to standardize maintenance activities and support reliability initiatives.

The role involves analyzing data, coordinating with maintenance, operations, and engineering teams, and delivering progress reports with recommendations for improvements within a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled as an undergraduate, graduate, or advanced degree student.
• Must be enrolled at an accredited college or university for the duration of the Co-Op.
• Overall GPA 3.0 on 4.0 scale preferred.
• Major or minor in related technical field.
• Undergraduate students must have completed at least 12 credit hours.
• Graduate/advanced degree students must have completed at least 9 credit hours.

Responsibilities

• Review and update PM plans for selected assets.
• Validate and improve equipment BOMs in SAP.
• Create or update spare parts lists and material assignments.
• Identify critical spares and document recommendations.
• Support data standardization and maintenance master data governance.
• Develop progress reports and final recommendations for future reliability improvements.
