Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering or related discipline.
• Experience with manufacturing, fabrication, and GD&T is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of government standards and QA requirements (ISO 9001/AS9100/DOD) is desirable.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Analyze design reliability and quality to recommend process changes.
• Develop and implement inspection and testing procedures for products.
• Audit quality systems and drive corrective actions.
• Prepare statistical reports and technical documents.
