• Bachelor's in engineering with 9+ years of progressively complex manufacturing engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planning, scheduling, and activities for manufacturing methods and operations to meet objectives.
• Act as primary contact for manufacturing engineering activities and discuss schedules and costs.
• Ensure testing throughout production and lead solutions to manufacturing issues.
• Monitor operations for regulatory and safety compliance.
• Provide guidance on design concepts to best utilize facilities and techniques.
• Contribute to planning and development of talent in management and technical staff.
