You will guide multidisciplinary teams and engage clients as a trusted advisor, ensuring high-performance designs and rigorous QA/QC across mechanical, plumbing, and fire protection scopes.

Ideal candidates have 12+ years in building systems, professional licensure, and proficiency with AutoCAD and Revit. On-site role in Columbia, SC with strong collaboration and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of engineering experience in building systems.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or related field; professional licensure.
• Deep expertise in mechanical building systems with plumbing and fire suppression desirable.
• Strong command of multidisciplinary engineering principles and project leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery across multiple disciplines.
• Develop talent and lead high-performing teams.
• Own client relationships and act as trusted advisor.
• Coordinate architectural, civil, mechanical, electrical, and structural teams.
• Define scope, timelines, and resource allocation; manage budgets and billing.
• Perform QA/QC on designs, calculations, and methodologies.
• Support business growth through proposals and client engagement.
