Job summary

Faith Technologies, Inc. in Kansas is seeking a Mechanical Construction Project Manager to provide general management for mechanical construction projects and oversee staff.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Construction Management/Mechanical Engineering and 1–2 years’ experience, with 10–20% travel and hours 6 am–6 pm, Monday–Friday. Proficiency with PC and Microsoft Office is assumed, with Accubid and AutoCAD knowledge preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 1–2 years of experience in mechanical construction or project management.
• Proficiency with PC and Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of Accubid and AutoCAD preferred.
• Understanding of mechanical components and applications.

Responsibilities

• Reviews assigned portions of opportunities and projects to ensure accuracy.
• Attends weekly and monthly meetings (Staffing, Project Manager, Sales).
• Reviews existing documentation and updates as needed.
• Organizes, tracks, and maintains project and program documentation.
• Participates in developing an effective delivery process to meet customer needs.
• Mantains awareness of client opportunities in the pipeline.
• Works closely with leaders to ensure coordination and timelines for integration.
• Monitors progress of awarded projects and initiatives to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Demonstrates approachability and ability to collaborate and influence others.
• Ensure effective employee relations.
• P erforms other related duties as required and assigned.
