Job summary

Faith Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to provide general management for mechanical construction projects under the guidance of a Project or Group Leader.

The role requires proficiency with PC and MS Office; knowledge of Accubid and AutoCAD is preferred, along with general knowledge of mechanical components. The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience, with 1–2 years in related fields and 10–20%

Responsibilities

  • Review assigned portions of opportunities and projects for accuracy.
  • Attend weekly and monthly meetings (Staffing, Project Manager, Sales, etc.).
  • Review existing documentation and update as needed.
  • Organize, track, and maintain project and program documentation.
  • Develop an effective delivery process to meet customer needs.
  • Maintain awareness of client opportunities in the pipeline.
  • Collaborate with leaders to coordinate timelines for integration.
  • Monitor progress of projects to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Demonstrate approachability and ability to collaborate and influence others.
  • Ensure effective employee relations.

This position under the guidance of the Project or Group Leader is responsible for providing general management for mechanical construction projects and overseeing staff. The ideal candidate must be proficient in the use of a PC and Microsoft Office Suite, knowledge of Accubid and AutoCAD is preferred, and general knowledge of mechanical components and applications is preferred.

Minimum Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years in mechanical construction, project management, or a related field. Experience with mechanical construction projects and understanding of mechanical components and applications is preferred.
  • Travel: 10-20%
  • Work Schedule: Between 6 am and 6 pm, Monday through Friday.
Key Responsibilities
  • Reviews assigned portions of assigned opportunities and projects to ensure accuracy.
  • Attends weekly and monthly meetings (i.e., Staffing Meeting, Project Manager Meeting, Sales Meeting, etc.).
  • Reviews existing documentation and updates as needed.
  • Organizes, tracks, and maintains project and program documentation.
  • Participates in developing an effective delivery process to ensure customer needs are met.
  • Maintains awareness of client opportunities in the pipeline.
  • Works closely with all leaders to ensure effective coordination and timelines for integration are occurring.

  • Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
