Midwest Plumbing LLC is seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of commercial mechanical and plumbing projects. This role manages project schedules, budgets, procurement, and field coordination from initiation through completion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, Building Systems Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum of four years of experience in mechanical or plumbing construction, engineering, or project management.
• Experience coordinating commercial construction projects.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
• Experience managing project schedules, budgets, procurement, and documentation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction/project management software.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial mechanical and plumbing projects from pre-construction through closeout.
• Review drawings, specifications, contracts, and project scopes.
• Develop project schedules, budgets, work plans, and milestones.
• Coordinate activities between field personnel, general contractors, engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and customers.
• Monitor project costs, labor productivity, material expenditures, and overall financial performance.
• Coordinate procurement of equipment, materials, and project components.
• Review submittals, RFIs, change orders, and other technical documentation.
• Identify design, scheduling, procurement, or field conflicts and coordinate resolutions.
• Conduct project meetings and communicate progress to leadership and stakeholders.
• Support field teams with technical and operational requirements.
• Ensure work complies with drawings, specs, codes, and contractual requirements.
• Manage project documentation, cost reports, forecasts, and closeout records.
