They have an established reputation across the region and are looking to bring on an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to support a strong pipeline of data center projects.

This is an opportunity to join a family-owned, personable business where people are treated as individuals rather than just another number. The leadership team takes pride in building long-term relationships, developing its people, and creating an environment where employees have the opportunity to progress as the business continues to expand.

If you're looking for a company where you can take ownership of your projects, work with a solid team, and build a long-term career in the growing mission-critical sector, this could be worth a conversation.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Manage mechanical and HVAC projects from pre-construction through installation, commissioning, and closeout.

  • Oversee project schedules, budgets, procurement, subcontractors, and material deliveries.

  • Coordinate with general contractors, owners, consultants, and other trades to keep projects moving.

  • Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, cost tracking, and project documentation.

  • Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and keep teams aligned on deadlines and deliverables.

  • Maintain high standards for quality, safety, and installation.

  • Build strong working relationships with clients and project teams while helping deliver successful projects.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience managing mechanical or HVAC projects within commercial construction.

  • Experience with data centers, mission-critical facilities, healthcare, or other complex commercial projects is beneficial.

  • Strong understanding of mechanical systems, project delivery, scheduling, and cost control.

  • Experience coordinating with general contractors and multiple trades.

  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to take ownership of projects.

  • Someone who wants to develop professionally and contribute to a growing team.

Why Consider This Opportunity?

  • Strong data center pipeline: Get involved in one of the fastest-growing sectors in construction.

  • Family-owned environment: Work for a personable business where relationships and people matter.

  • Room to grow: Opportunity to develop your responsibilities and progress alongside the company.

  • Project ownership: Take responsibility for delivery, client relationships, and project performance.

  • Established regional presence: Join a respected mechanical contractor operating across the DMV.

  • Long-term career potential: Build your experience in mechanical construction and mission-critical projects.
