Job summary

Gulfstream Strategic Placements, LLC is seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join a large Mechanical Contractor in San Diego County. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in Plumbing or HVAC PM, with MS Project, MS Excel, and BlueBeam knowledge.

You will manage client relationships and coordinate with field and estimating teams to meet schedules and budgets. This role emphasizes on-site leadership in a dynamic construction environment and requires strong communication with Owners and GC

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Plumbing or HVAC Project Management experience.
• Experience coordinating with GCs and Owners.
• Proficiency with MS Project and MS Excel; knowledge of BlueBeam preferred.
