Goyette Mechanical is seeking a qualified Mechanical Project Manager to support an upcoming construction project in New Florence, MO. The role leads mechanical contracting projects from start to finish, oversees budgets, submittals, RFIs, and job-site logistics.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of mechanical construction experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency with Excel, Outlook, Procore, Primavera P6, and MS Project. Equal opportunity employer.

The team is seeking a qualified Mechanical Project Manager to support an upcoming construction project in New Florence, MO.

The Project Manager (Mechanical) Position

The Mechanical Project Manager is responsible for leading mechanical contracting projects from start to finish. Key responsibilities include identifying scope and cost variations, managing and tracking submittals and RFI’s, and overseeing jobsite logistics.

The Mechanical Project Manager attends job-site meetings, manages budgets, and is responsible for tracking, quoting, and processing change orders. Individuals in this role are well-versed in project scheduling and possess excellent organizational and leadership skills to drive successful project outcomes.

Desired Experience, Skills, and Abilities for the Project Manager (Mechanical) Position

• 3-5 years of Mechanical Construction experience is preferred
• Data and Document Management is preferred
• Proficiency in Excel and Outlook is preferred
• Proficiency in Procore, Primavera P6, and MS Project experience is a plus
