The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, possess 5+ years of relevant experience, and have strong knowledge of HVAC systems. This role involves managing project budgets and schedules, coordinating with teams, and mentoring junior staff. Qualifications

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to lead HVAC and mechanical system projects from concept through completion. This role requires strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects while coordinating with clients, engineers, and contractors.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage mechanical (HVAC) projects from design through construction and closeout
• Coordinate with internal engineering teams and external stakeholders
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, and deliverables
• Review and approve mechanical system designs and specifications
• Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and client requirements
• Conduct site visits and attend project meetings as needed
• Mentor junior engineers and support staff

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• 5+ years of experience in MEP consulting or related industry
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, design, and construction processes
