Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of HVAC or MEP construction project management leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems, installation methods, and jobsite coordination.
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, and subcontractors.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software.
• Preferred: Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• OSHA 30 (or willingness to obtain)

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial HVAC construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Coordinate with field teams, subcontractors, and vendors to keep projects on track.
• Develop and manage project schedules, manpower, and production goals.
• Review drawings, specs, and submittals to ensure accurate installation.
• Track budgets, job costs, and forecasts; identify and address variances early.
• Handle RFIs, change orders, and project documentation.
• Lead project meetings and communicate updates with clients and internal teams.
• Ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to code.
