Mechanical Project Manager

$75000 - $100000 per year | Frederick, MD | On-site | Permanent

Lead the Project. Solve the Problems. See the Work Come Together.
A bit about us:

An established mechanical construction and custom fabrication organization in the Frederick area is looking for a Mechanical Project Manager to take ownership of projects from initial planning through completion.

This is a strong opportunity for someone who enjoys being close to the work rather than managing projects strictly from behind a desk. You'll coordinate with customers, engineers, contractors, field personnel, and internal teams while keeping projects moving safely, on schedule, and within budget.

We're looking for an organized, level-headed project leader who understands construction, can read drawings, communicates well with both customers and tradespeople, and knows how to solve problems when conditions change.

Why join us?

This is an opportunity to join an established operation where project managers have meaningful responsibility and direct involvement in the work. You'll interact with both the field and office sides of the business and have the ability to see projects through from planning to completion.

  • Medical insurance
  • Dental and vision coverage
  • Employee health resources for enrolled team members
  • Short- and long-term disability coverage
  • Life insurance
