Job summary

STEM Talent Solutions is seeking a technical leader to guide a multidisciplinary engineering team supporting manufacturing facilities and capital projects. The role blends hands-on project involvement with people leadership, mentoring, and quality oversight to drive strategic growth. You will oversee architecture and MEP engineering, develop staff, enforce standards, and participate in risk reviews and project assessments to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
