Job summary

gpac is seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to lead large-scale commercial and industrial projects from preconstruction through closeout. The role oversees HVAC, plumbing, controls/building automation, engineering services, and prefabrication support, coordinating with internal teams to deliver full lifecycle mechanical solutions.

You will manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, submittals, RFIs, change orders, and safety/compliance while maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial mechanical PM experience.
• Experience managing large HVAC and plumbing projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction scheduling and financial tracking.
• Familiarity with project management software platforms.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

This organization provides full lifecycle mechanical solutions including HVAC, plumbing, controls/building automation, engineering services, and prefabrication support. Projects include healthcare, education, mission-critical facilities, commercial high-rise, and industrial installations.

Position Overview

The Project Manager is responsible for leading mechanical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role requires strong leadership, financial oversight, scheduling expertise, and coordination with internal engineering and fabrication teams.
