Cintal, Inc. seeks a product quality engineer to lead initiatives addressing field issues, collaborate with service engineering, platform, and design control teams, and drive reliable production and service solutions.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making and cross-functional leadership. Responsibilities include developing CPI/DMAIC processes, sustaining Power BI dashboards, and guiding customer-facing teams to improve product quality and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Engineering.
• 2+ years of experience

Responsibilities

• Lead projects focused on resolving field product quality issues and improving customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with service engineering, platform, and design control teams to identify, analyze, and resolve product quality concerns.
• Drive cross-functional teams to develop and implement production and service solutions.
• Manage project communications and provide status updates to dealers and key stakeholders.
• Lead customer-facing commercial teams in developing product support programs and technical publications.
• Support continuous product improvement initiatives through effective issue resolution and stakeholder engagement.
• Ensure timely execution of corrective actions to enhance product reliability and field performance.
• Partner with service engineering and customer-facing teams to gather and assess customer feedback on product quality issues.
• Lead cross-functional teams through the CPI DMAIC process to deliver effective production and service solutions.
• Engage customers, dealers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to communicate project progress and results.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards to monitor product quality performance and identify trends.
