Job summary

Diversified Services Network, Inc. in Chicago or Peoria, IL, seeks a full-time Product Quality Project Lead to guide cross-functional teams in identifying, containing, and resolving customer and field quality issues while driving timely production and service solutions.

You will partner with service engineering, design control, manufacturing, and customer-facing groups to leverage warranty data, lead CPI/DMAIC processes, support NPI programs, and develop Power BI dashboards to monitor trends and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent with 2+ years of relevant experience
• Masters in Engineering with 2+ years experience or an equivalent combination
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects or initiatives simultaneously

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional projects resolving customer and field product quality issues from identification to final resolution
• Lead teams through DMAIC/CPI to develop and implement timely, cost-effective production and service solutions
• Collaborate with service engineering, design control, product support, manufacturing, and customer-facing teams to investigate and resolve quality concerns
• Review warranty information and quality data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
• Collaborate with customer-facing teams to incorporate feedback into quality initiatives
• Provide program leadership and product management support across quality and NPI activities
