Qualifications

  • BS in engineering from an accredited US program.
  • Current California Professional Engineer license or a PE license from another state with plan to obtain CA license within 18 months.

Responsibilities

  • Leads design and/or project management for moderately complex generation projects.
  • Provides broad and in-depth technical support to O&M including incident investigation and corrective actions.
  • Controls scope, schedule, cost, and quality across the project life cycle with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Performs/ reviews engineering analyses, detailed scope, alternatives, and viable designs for safe/reliable operation.
  • Collaborates on procurement, including contracts/ESPC from engineering and project management consultants and vendors; reviews contracts for compliance.
  • Interprets and applies applicable codes; approves drawings and revisions; represents PG&E to internal/external organizations.
