Job summary

Advantage Technical is seeking a Mechanical Project Engineer for a temporary assignment in Boise, ID. You will work with project managers, superintendents, and design teams to coordinate mechanical systems on site and help drive project execution on a major commercial project.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field and at least three years of commercial construction experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in commercial construction.
• Experience reviewing drawings and specs.
• Proficient with MS Office and construction CM software.
• Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, or Navisworks preferred.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate mechanical systems and assist on-site project execution.
• Lead meetings with teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
• Review drawings, specs, RFIs, submittals, and changes.
• Support field coordination across trades.
• Resolve technical and construction challenges.
• Serve as technical resource during construction.
