Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (BSME) from an accredited four year college or university with 5 years Machine Design experience or 10+ years Machine Design experience.
• Proven leadership skills in a fast paced work environment.
• Must have project engineering experience.
• Proficient working knowledge of SolidWorks.
• Experience with fastening applications is required.
• Experience with Automation design is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering projects and mechanical design activities from kickoff through customer plant acceptance.
• Provide technical direction to internal engineering teams and external partners.
• Establish project priorities and collaborate with Project Managers to meet schedules and budgets.
• Review designs to ensure compliance with customer specifications and company standards.
• Support equipment builds, system integration, testing, and commissioning.
