Job summary

Johnsonville, LLC in Sheboygan Falls, WI offers an 8-month Mechanical / Project Engineer Co-op with start dates Jan 4, 2027 or May 24, 2027. You'll join the Engineering Team to contribute to world‑class food engineering projects and gain hands‑on experience in manufacturing environments.

As a co‑op student, you will learn to lead and support projects focused on safety, quality and efficiency across production locations; proficiency in Word, Excel and Project is valued, with AutoCAD or SolidWorks

Qualifications

• Candidate must be pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering/Technology or related field; junior or senior preferred.
• Minimum 2.70 overall GPA and 3.0 in core concentration required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Project; AutoCAD or SolidWorks is a plus.

Responsibilities

• You will learn to lead and contribute to projects improving safety, quality and efficiency at production locations.
• Support robotics, control systems, and patents initiatives as Johnsonville leads in food engineering.
