Qualifications

• Experience leading capital or maintenance projects in manufacturing or industrial settings.
• Ability to develop engineering scopes, specs, and cost estimates.
• Mentor peers and influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering and execution of small to mid-sized capital and expense projects from concept to startup.
• Provide mechanical engineering expertise for rotating and fixed equipment and piping systems.
• Develop technical scopes, designs, equipment specs, and investment proposals.
• Apply engineering principles to solve reliability and safety challenges with cost-effective solutions.
• Collaborate with operations, maintenance, procurement, and contractors to deliver outcomes.
• Review deliverables and manage budgets, schedules, procurement, and change control.
• Conduct root cause analysis on equipment failures and implement improvements.
• Support construction, startup, and post-project reviews with field guidance.
• Mentor engineers and technicians to build capability across the organization.
