Job summary

Georgia-Pacific's Wauna Mill in Clatskanie, OR is seeking an Electrical (E&I) Planner to plan, estimate, and scope maintenance work with a strong focus on electrical systems and safety. The role requires organized, detail-oriented individuals familiar with electrical processes and CMMS usage.

The successful candidate will lead maintenance planning, coordinate with contractors, and help forecast weekly workloads while ensuring long-term value for the mill.

Qualifications

• Electrical planning experience in manufacturing/industrial environments.
• Experience working with a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
• Knowledge of electrical equipment processes and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, maintain, repair, and install electrical systems and components.
• Provide leadership in risk management, contractor safety, and mitigating safety issues in operations.
• Provide detailed maintenance shutdown and daily work planning and materials procurement.
• Coordinate electrical/instrument maintenance work by anticipating, prioritizing, and scheduling work.
• Identify and develop maintenance outage work in a timely manner.
• Balance break-in and scheduled work and provide weekly work forecast.
• Collaborate with Area Leaders to prioritize work and assist in manpower optimization.
