Job summary

Ruveon, the U.S. glyphosate-focused division, is seeking a Mechanical Project Engineer, Intermediate to lead capital project execution within Active Ingredient manufacturing and Formulations facilities.

You will manage scope, cost estimates, and vendor coordination while ensuring compliance with Bayer standards. The role requires a Bachelor's in mechanical engineering with 4+ years of engineering experience, E&I troubleshooting skills, and proficiency in SAP/Prometheus and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
• Four years of progressive engineering experience preferred.
• Experience with E&I troubleshooting and plant systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering project management to capital projects from initiation to completion.
• Develop accurate project cost estimates and identify cost-savings.
• Lead project reviews and ensure action items are followed up.
