Ruveon, America's dedicated glyphosate company, seeks a Senior Process Engineer - Formulations North to lead optimization across production facilities. You will guide cross-functional teams, ensure safety, efficiency, and sustainability, and drive projects from design to implementation while maintaining compliance with industry standards.

The role requires a BS in Chemical Engineering and strong communication, with 7+ years in chemical manufacturing.

Qualifications

Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemical Engineering.
Seven years of experience in a chemical manufacturing environment.
Strong communication skills across all levels of the organization.
Ability to analyze complex problems and implement corrective measures.

Responsibilities

Makes tactical decisions and sets long-term direction to achieve area performance goals related to safety, quality, waste minimization, capacity, reliability, and operability
Coordinates with production planners on timing, strategy, and material availability
Assists management in evaluating KPIs related to safety, quality, waste minimization, capacity, reliability, and operability
Investigates plant performance issues and leads implementation of technical solutions
Provides training and mentoring to develop other engineers
Supports site improvements and knowledge transfer across plants
