Job summary

TTM Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Process Engineer in the United States to develop and improve plating and mechanical processes for printed circuit boards. You will design, lay out, and optimize processes, monitor performance, and drive cost-saving improvements across manufacturing.

Collaborating with design for manufacturability teams, you will ensure throughput efficiency and safety while advancing process maturity and documentation. Limited travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Working knowledge of Lean methodologies and SPC.
• Strong project management and structured problem solving with data-driven decisions.
• Experience designing and analyzing experiments using statistical tools.
• Capital equipment selection, installation and qualification experience.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Initiates actions to resolve problems and improve process performance.
• Establishes performance metrics and analyzes data to propose improvements.
• Deploys best practices for process control to improve yields.
• Updates process documentation, work instructions, and training materials.
• Ensures cost-efficient processes with optimal throughput and quality.
• Leads capital project efforts to resolve capacity and tech capability issues.
• Collaborates across the organization to meet customer requirements.
• Participates in design reviews to ensure process compatibility with customer needs.
• Oversees safety and environmental monitoring of processes.
