Job summary

Foxconn-Pce-Technology seeks a Mechanical Engineer to design, define, and optimize assembly processes for high-density L11 AI server racks at the Silicon Valley AI Rack NPI Center. You will develop robust process flows, perform DFM/DFA analyses, introduce fixtures, and ensure efficient transition from NPI to Mass Production.

The role reports to the ME Manager and requires 4–7 years in mechanical/process engineering within electronics, plus CAD proficiency and familiarity with liquid cooling

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering is required.
4–7 years in mechanical process/manufacturing engineering or NPI in electronics.
Experience with server/rack-level assembly (L10/L11/L12) preferred.
Proficient in 3D CAD (SolidWorks/Creo/AutoCAD) for fixture design.
Knowledge of liquid cooling systems is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Design and establish SOPs and Process Flow Charts for high-density L11 AI racks.
Conduct DFM/DFA reviews with R&D and participate in NPI prototype builds.
Develop tooling, fixtures, and lifting mechanisms for safe handling.
Create precise Work Instructions and operator training materials.
Support lean manufacturing initiatives to reduce waste and improve yields.
