Job summary

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design production line layouts and workstations for AI server and rack integration (L10/L11).
• Define process flows, perform line balancing to meet UPH and takt targets.
• Establish standard times using time studies (e.g., MODAPTS) and apply lean methods to optimize cycle time and WIP.
• Support NPI builds and ramp transitions, line setup, and process validation.
